14 February 2009-Valentine's Day

Today starts very early. I arranged to meet Hui2 at AMK MRT at 8:15am where we will proceed to Eunos to The Moral Home for Disabled Children. We will be playing with them and sing songs with them.

The residents there were mentally disabled. Some were very active some were very quiet. We were asked to pair up and each pair will be assigned to one child where we will help them complete the handicraft.

Our CEO came at 10plus and had short speech then we started the dance presentation by some of the resident. Followed by songs to sing along. There is also game played.

It ended at 12pm where refreshments given and we parted at around 12pm. It was a very remarkable experience to spend 2 hours plus with them. It only takes us to sacrificed some of our time just to make them happy. I am glad that I made the right decision.

After that I went to Northpoint for JJ Lin's autograph session. Well, I have to say, he is very cute and handsome. Most girls' dream partner. The host for this event is my idol, Bro CQ. He noticed my presense when he walked past me and he waved and smile at me.

Not forgetting that the main lead of this event is JJ Lin. He sang one song and afterwhich, one of the audience was selected to say romance words to JJ Lin. Then JJ Lin presented the bouquet of flowers to her as token of appreciation.

JJ Lin's World Concert will be 28 March and Singapore is the first stop. The tickets are selling fast. :P

Well, my main motive is not JJ Lin. But.....

Anyway, that ends my V-day. How sad right? No programmes line up and so boring life I am leading.

The best V-day gift I gotten so far is a Thank You from Bro CQ and his notice of my presence there. He thanks me for coming to support his hosting. Surprisingly he knew I came to support him.

But at the same time, I am sad that he at least have his friends and family to celebrate this V-day with him. But what about a lonely me? Haiz... I hope soon I can find him and stop spending Vday all alone.

I'm kinda hate Vday and hate the presense of myself. They kept telling me, good souls will be blessed for true love and a best companion.

But where is my luck and where is him? When is he coming to find me? Will there really be a him in this earth? I really afraid. I am not as good as you all feel I am. Please help me to exit this pessimistic ground. Somebody out there, please tell me am I really that ugly that you do not take a second look on me? :(

Yes 933 Birthday Party @ Macau (050209-080209)

Today is the day we will be leaving from Singapore to Macau then to Zhu Hai. I came to the airport at 10am as I had nothing to do at home and wish to check where to check in for my luggage.

First, I went to Ya Kun to had my breakfast-the usual set. Then I went to Terminal 1 to weigh my luggage. Wow!!!!! My luggage actually weighs 9.65kg. OMG... Haha..

Then I went to Terminal 2 and there I saw Mickey and friends. I took some pictures and went to McDonald to have a cup of Milo. After that, I went to Terminal 1 to wait for the tour leader.

We were told to register at Row 2 and check in our luggage. We were each given 2 sets of VISA paper and 1 ticket to left to Zhu Hai.

The flight number is 3K575, Jetstar. It will depart at 1555. I went in at 1455 to wait to be checked in.

As there is some time, I went online and email to all my colleagues. Then we were allowed to be seated at 1510. My seat number is 26A. To my suprised, the whole three seats belongs to me as there is no one sitting with me.

The flight landed at Macau Airport at 1940 where we were lead to check out and collect our luggage. Our Tour Guide for Macau is Miao Miao. She brought us to the hotel opposite the airport to have our quick dinner before we proceed to Zhu Hai.

Then we met another Tour Guide where he lead us to the tour bus and then to the hotel for our night stay at Zhu Hai De Han Da Hotel before we proceed with tomorrow's itenery. There goes Day 1 in Macau to Zhu Hai.

6th February 2009
Our breakfast served at 8am and we will set off at 9am. Breakfast was served at level 2. My room for last night is 735. We were asked to hand over the room card to Tour Leader, Chia where he will hand to our Tour Guide.

The bus left on the dot 9am. The first destination we went is a place where the Zhu Hai Yu Nv is located. We took some photos and then we went to Herbs Factory where we were told of the cream that will make burn marks disappeared in minutes. Each will be assigned to one physician to understand our health more.

After these visits, we were brought to Ming Jia Chu Fang for lunch. We had "Buddha jump over the wall", oyster, clams, prawns, etc. Very delicious.

After having heavy lunch, it is time for some spa and relaxation. At there, I tried the fish spa, where the little fishes will eat away your dead skins which cost HKD 18. It is super itchy and I really cannot tahan for even 5minutes. I went for leg massage also that cost HKD 48. So relaxing.
We were told to gathered at 4pm to proceed to shopping paradise, Zhu Hai Port Plaza. We only given an hour to explore before we proceed with our dinner at Yue Pin Xuan.

We had oysters, roasted pigeon and their special lao po bing. Some bought back a box to eat. Frankly speaking, I do not find it special. Oh yes, we had sharks fin also. :P

We were told to come to the checkpoint to leave Zhu Hai before 8pm as there will be long queue once after 8pm. We all had to rush to cross the custom. In the rush, I lost the ticket which I kept for sourvenir for going Zhu Hai. Made me very sad.

The day ended where we were sent to hotel for good night stay at Hotel Taipa Square. According to the Tour Leader, the DJs were already in this hotel and he will be meeting them after he settled our room as he need to discuss on tomorrow's Gala Dinner Programme. That ends my Day 2 in Macau. Time flies. :(

7th February 2009
Finally a day I will see Bro Cruz, Sis Peifen, Sis Mary, Sis Jiahui, Sis Liyi, Bro CQ, Sis Weibin and Huishi. Initially, it was arranged by the Chan Brothers that they will be having breakfast with us at Level 3 where we were sitted at the round tables. But sad to say, the restaurant managers did not made this arrangement. Also, we were not told of this arrangement.

Nevertheless, I still met them as they came down for breakfast. I met Huishi, Sis Liyi and Sis Mary as they happened to walk to the table near me. I was told that Bro CQ, Bro Jiafa were already eating at the other end.

When I was taking my food, I chatted with Sis Peifen and Sis Mary. Then when I went to take Orange Juice, I was greeted by Bro CQ. So happy that he did recognised me. :P

All of them came down except Bro Cruz. Hence I volunteered to keep a lookout while the Tour Leader went down to meet Tour Guide.

While waiting, I met Shujun and Huili than I chatted with her a while before I went down to wait for the bus. While I proceed to the lift, guess who I saw? I saw Bro Cruz. I greeted him and suprisingly, he knew my name. I told him where the rest were and left to meet the tour leader.

Initially was informed only Bro CQ and Sis Mary following us. But suprisingly, we were told that all DJs will be following us throughout today's event.

When confirming who will be walking the 61 storey of the Macau Tower, I told Miao Miao that I am walking also. Dot know from where I got the bravery to say I wanted to walk there. I knew Bro CQ had to conquer his fear of heights also. Think because of this, I wanted to walk with him. I am also fearing of heights. :(

First we came to Venetian where I went to the Casino for the first time of my 25th years of life. Then I met Bro CQ and Sis Weibin playing. Then we spotted Sis Mary alone. After that we saw Bro Jiafa and the rest of the DJs. We walk around the casino but decided to just watch not playing. Then we (Shujun and Huili) came to the Jackpot. I decided to play once. Sad to say I did not won.

Then we walk around Venetian and took some photos. We were told to gather at the lobby before proceed to next destination shortly.

Our next destination is Da San Ba Pai Fang. It is a stretched of buildings where there is shops selling cheaper price products. We can plan to walk here tomorrow for our free and easy day. Then we proceed to Macau Tower for sight seeing and it is time for us (Bro CQ, Sis Mary, Sis Peifen, Sis Ivy and Simon) to walk along the passageway outside the 61 storey high Macau Tower.

At first I really regret agreeing and paying for the skywalk. It was really scary to even see from top to bottom. But since I promised myself to conquer this fear with the rest. There is no way I will back off. We were all help in wearing the safety gears and accompanied to outside where we were hooked safely by the strings.

Throughout the walk, We were told to one by one do stunts for photo shooting and even asked us to sit at the edge of the passageway. It is really scary. But I had to be brave. I paid to be brave and finished this skywalk. I cannot allow myself to be weaken.

Thanks god that I finally completed this scary walk and we each gotten a CD with all the pictures taken and a certificate to prove our bravery. I had to say that Bro CQ took a lot more courage than us as he finally conquered his fear of height and completed the walk. I salute to his bravery.
We were then accompanied by Miao Miao to the 360 degree turning restaurant for our lunch before we proceed back to hotel for short nap and also for the DJs to rest and ready for the show later at the Gala Dinner.

The meeting time for us to gather is at 5:30pm and the venue is Macau's Fisherman's Wharf. The restaurant is The Afrikana BBQ Restaurant Churrasoo Africano. It is a very unique restaurant and the theme very very cute.

Once we entered, we were greeted by the DJs in a row. Then we were sitted as arranged. We were told that we will be having dinner and then followed by the programmes later.

The food was great and I had my favourite sashimi. Wow.. :P

After dinner, the programme started with Bro Cruz and Sis Mary as the hosts of the event. Then there is prize presentation for all DJs by Huishi. Bro Cruz was the first to get the prize for The Most Bling Bling DJ. As he is always very style and bright. Haha..

Followed by was many other awards which I forgotten liao. Then the DJs stand in a row and sing Chinese New Year song and gave us each a pair of Mandarin Oranges.

There was also performance by Yes 933's SHE (Sis Peifen, Sis Jiahui and Sis Ivy) where they sing Re Dai Yu Lin and Chu Dian. Very nice wor.. It is a waste if you missed this trip.

I enjoyed most is when we played the BINGO game. I was so near yet so far from the Top Prize. A pair of air tickets to Bangkok. It was very fun.

The event ended where we took photos with all the DJs. :P

This ends our Day 3 in Macau and soon we will be leaving Macau to Singapore. Sob Sob..

8 February 2009
Last day in Macau. We had breakfast at the restaurant as usual but today there will be no transport and no programme. It is our free day. I do not like this arrangement as I do not know Macau.

Shujun, Huili and I decided to go Da San Ba Pai Fang to walk walk. Sad to say we did not really bought anything. Then we went to Venetian and there we met Sis Mary, Sis Jiahui, Sis Weibin, Sis Ivy and Bro Jiafa. So coincidence. :P

Wonder why do not have Bro CQ, Bro Cruz, Sis Peifen and Sis Liyi? Well, they left Macau at 12pm and took boat to Hong Kong where they flew back to Singapore.

Our flight is 2000 and flight number is 3K576 and my seat is 19D. We were told to check out before 12pm and deposit our luggage at the hall. Then to gathered at 6pm to leave for the airport. We came back early as we thought Venetian was very far. I was not well actually and had covered up by just keeping quiet.

Luckily things went smoothly but there is a small hiccups while I was queuing for check in for luggage. The staff discovered that the name in my passport did not tally with the record. As my name is spelled as Seah Huixin, Ela. Instead of Elaine Seah Huixin as per amended. Hence they need to do amendments before issuing me the paper ticket.

Then came another hiccups which I made myself. I should have kept the last piece of the Visa paper in the passport but I place it at my luggage. I was told if without that, I cannot enter the custom. I was so afraid that I went out to look for Tour Leader. But did not see where is he. Hence I asked the security. They lead me to the table for the blue visa and I filled in in a rush. I was so panic and hoping nothing will happened when the officer discovered that this blue paper was rewritten. Luckily, I was allowed to pass. Phew.

Then we went in and they shopped at the Duty Free shop for more goodies. In the end, I came with 1 luggage and went back with 1 luggage. But the weight increased from 9kg++ to 13kg. Haha..

After a short nap, my split headache was gone and I reached home at 0100. Thanks for letting me enjoying this 4D3N Macau-Zhu Hai Trip. I enjoyed a lot especially the games. Thanks Yes 933. :P

31-01-09 My Bday Celebration

Today is my special day. 1984 that year, a little gal was out of the world and now 25 years old le.. Haha..

I meeting my god sisters at AMK MRT stations at 12:50pm as I forgotten to bring out my ezlink card hence was late for the meeting. :P

We went to Bugis and I will be treating them (my god sis and their bf/hubby) to Ajitei. :P

After that, they bring me to Starbucks to have my cheesecakes. Then followed by movie (Xing Fu Wan Shui).

Wow, that movie was funny but a bit dry and old fashion for me. :X Anyway, we went to meet another friend for a while then I proceed home.

Though our programme was this short but I was touched by their intension to celebrate with me. Thanks sis... I know you all will never let me celebrate my bday alone. Thanks for the cheesecake, movies and the friendship that we hold thus far. :P

Happiness not necessary must be from your another half. With friends around, it is also happiness. I enjoyed very much. We laugh and we joke. So fun. I will remember this day. Thanks for making it so special for me. :P Thanks Yuhui, Ben, Weiping and Kelvin. Thanks... :P
