Ridiculous Manager

Though it is not the first time I bear with her unreasonable remarks and her sour words. But it was almost unbearable.

Recently, she called out to the youngsters in the department for discussion as she wish that we can follow the hip thing-to have our blog and posting of the events in our department.

Initially she given each of us a task to find a suitable skin for that blog and think of what to include. She also ask us to create post and stuffs related to the retreat.

When she created the blog, we give her the link to locate different skin colour. Her comment was, i dont like butterfly, etc. Can you imagine? If she have her own design, so be it. Than what for ask us to go home and plan but in the end, everything was what SHE think is nice.

That is not the only upset part. She ask one of the colleagues to create the tag box and other stuff. But when it was done, she changed everything according to HER style. What is this? If she thinks she can do all and change everythink her style, than why she ask us to do?

Then came a news that CE is using Facebook as official. Every staff MUST have an account in Facebook. Then she actually email to Boss cc the admin executive that she will do the dummy creation and then let the rest know what to amend but she did not BCC us. Then when i tried to help colleagues she flared up and say DOT SO KAN CHEONG ADD THAT LINK.

The truth is, she is the one who ask me to add in for the rest also, now she ask me DOT add. Who give her the permission to vent other people's anger at me? I did extra to help her, but she not only did not appreciate but anyhow scold people. What the F....

Haiz... Dont know how long I can tahan her. If not because I have not finished my studies, and if not because there is no vancancy for my related job scope. I guess I might plan for transfer.

She is not only perfectionist, she is also spoilt brat. You know why? I think I had post it before. She treat my reason as an excuse of escaping to help her.

Given that she is the eldest child, of cos to her, she will get the first or maybe every chance to use computer. But, given that I am the youngest and the PC was not bought by me. Hence if I wanted to use, I have to ask permission or when my brother is not using. For this, I had heated quarrel with my brother till I cried everytime.

Yet, she use this as an excuse and say I am not willing to help her. Please lo. If can, I will help. People who knew me well will know this. Why would I use that stupid excuse? If want why dont I say internet connection down, phone down everything down?

Also, when she ask for suggestion, she should jolly well accept and try out. Not in the end, everything go according to HER plan. If that is so, why you need seconder or opinion? Might as well all do by you and you alone?

I think if she want people to help her wholeheartedly, she should curb her temper and she should open to any opinion or suggestion. I hate when you ask me advise but never even give that a thought. It is wasting my time and my brain juice.

Not only me, the whole team who is asked to be in charge were all very angry with her. No one dare to say her as she will never listen and never think she is wrong.

She say people childish. As compared our age. Of cos I am childish than her. If I am matured than her, she should sit down and rethink.

But for her own age if compared with people of the same age, she is really IMMATURED. My god. Wonder how her friends can tahan her?

Anyway, think I will not be in this department for long ba. Hopefully I am able to find a place in Finance Department or any other department rather than stay here and be unhappy. :(
