Well well well, soon will be one month of my learning days.... After next week might be end of moi learning... Hehe.. Recently was assigned to check moi colleague's email.... To my suprise, her inbox is 2000++ emails... Out of these 2000++ emails 1000+++ were cases which was already taken care of... Wonder what was she doing from the past till now...
Moi teacher say, she sometimes see her reading the emails from bottom of the line till top, but mostly hor, she never clear the work... Almost all the cases hor, my teacher clear one.. She only sometimes clear those cases by teleworkers... At times hor she read those cases done by moi teacher one hor she still read from bottom to top... On my first day, I almost wanted to give up le... Cos almost all the cases I checked were policy in force la, waiting for issuing la some even already cancelled le... haiz... Don know why she kept in her inbox for... Think should feedback to moi manager le.. Haiz...
Anyway, hope soon can get full time job and get pay rise so I can further my studies... Oh yes, next month will start moi driving lesson le... Hope will be smooth la.. TP Driving Test on 9th November... Very scare... Wish me good luck... Hehe....

Dear all must be waitin for very long for moi updates huh... Sorry ar... Due to moi brother internet and line kanna cut off so... hehe.. Anyway, hope there is still someone out there waiting for my space to have moi updates...
Well well, to all Income colleagues, you might knew long ago that my job scope had changed liao lo... This week is the first week of moi learning new things... Basically moi new task is following up life insurance case... It is all about emails, system and connection with agents...
Sounds boring huh... My everyday job in near future will be nothing but staring at the comp reading emails, checking cases, calling people... haha... Sounds like telemarketer huh... hehe... But these days all I did is discussing cases with my teacher, Cheah Li Li.. haha.. She very humor and nice.. Well, we will see how lo... Then Eshal say if feedback and moi performance good, she will convert me to permanent.. See how lo...
If I convert, then I will be able to fulfil my goal---Is to study Diploma in Finance Services in PSB Academy... hahah.... Wish me good luck... :)
