3D2N Genting Trip with Chong Qing and Weibin

Day 1-140809

We assembled at Golden Mile Complex at 6.30am as planned but was late as we arrived just before 7am. Together with Coach B and C, we set off to Tuas Checkpoint for the custom check.

Then we reached the Malaysia Checkpoint shortly where we have to bring all our luggage down for custom check and passport check in.

By the time we arrived at First World Hotel, it was already 1pm plus. We checked in at Counter 30 before the rest of the bus arrived. After which, we went into our room. But sad to say, the room was not ready for us to use yet as they have not cleared the rooms.

After waiting for them to clear the room, we went out for walk around. As it was my first time to Genting, I was not very familiar to all the place. Then I spotted a very great place for my lunch. Only Mee and Friends.. This shopname sounds very friendly. Went in and tried their barbequed chicken rice set. Not bad choice. :D

Then walked further, I saw this Haunted House. But did not go in as I do not plan to go in now. Then saw this Movie theatre. Went up and hoping to catch UP in there but was not shown yet. Hence I bought ticket for another Cantonese movie for 11 Ringgits. :D

The show was scheduled at 7pm. So I have ample time to walk around and go back to my room for some preparation as soon is my room-mate's birthday. :D

Left the gift at her bed and waiting to see her excited expression. :D

Than I walk around and spotted the arcade. It was small and not many people played there. Bought their card and won 28 tickets. But have to go to Genting Hotel to exchange. Haiz..

Then when its time for the movie, I went to search for the room. To my suprise, the cinema only have 2 rooms. There is OSIM chairs at the first row which cost only 15 Ringgits. :D

The show was funny wor. Luckily I understand Cantonese. :D

Then I went to McDonald to eat my nuggets meal. Sad to say I cannot have my favourite curry sauce. Sad wor.. :*(

That ends my not so exciting Day 1 stay in Genting. :D

Day 2-150809
Today is a day I will get to see Kor and Weibin Jie.. Woohoo... Super excited de.. I woke up at 6plus am.. Opz.. :D

Well, packed the mini Doreamon Shake Head Doll inside my Alien Workshop bag and prepared for bath and start my new day. :D

Had breakfast at the restaurant and had fun with new friends, friends of my room-mate, Joanne. :D

We took some photos and then set off to meet up the rest at the lobby next to One Metre Teh. This will be our meeting place for Safari Disco and when we depart tomorrow.

First person who spotted me was Weibin Jie. She had her eyes opened very big when she saw me. The reason being, I tricked her that I could not come as my mum disapproved. I know I am bad but just wanted to give her suprises. :D I am happy I did. :D

Than came Kor with Uncle David. Wahaha.. I actually hide when he walk past but he saw me when he turned around and look around. He too was suprised to see me. He was super shocked and asked the same questions. Well, I passed him the Doreamon and he said THANK YOU. So cute doll. I can see he love that doll. :D

Then we set off to Theme Park, took some photos and played all the coasters. Fun especially the Flying Coaster which made you feel like SUPERMAN. Weibin Jie also took the Viking with us. It was my first time and she thought I did took before. Though she was very terrified and at times wished to leave, but we made her took with us. I felt so bad. She didn't blame us. I am glad she enjoyed. :D We spend the whole morning there till around 2pm than we left the theme park for lunch.

For the first time, I ate at the Hainanese Restaurant. The chicken rice was sedap. :D

Then went back to room for preparation for later's dinner, packed somethings into my luggage and prepare the presents for Kor and Weibin Jie.

At 5.30pm, we gathered at the One Metre Teh again and set off to Safari Disco. When at there, I passed the present to Kor first, he was shocked and asked, how come you gave me again. My replied was, to make my lie looks real. :D

I then passed to Weibin Jie. She also asked the same question and I replied the same answer. :D

At there they announce Aunty Lucy going to act in a movie. Then was the live band at the Safari Disco performing. Great performance it was. The lady singer even sang Ah Mei's Ting Hai, though all her pronouncing wrong but great effort put in. The male singer sang Cantonese song- Da Gong Zai. Funny wor.

We had great dinner and great time at there. Then was Kor's solo performance where he sang Fann Wong's Yi Ge Ren Shen Huo. Super nice. :D

Then they played a game where they picked 5 pairs of contestants to collect list of items. The winner will win attractive prizes.

Then came the Birthday Singing songs and cake cutting. Followed by lucky draw. Hehe.. I again didn't won any prize. But had great time and took some photos with Kor and Weibin Jie. :D

After the event at 8pm, I went to arcade and played. Won few sourvenirs and went back to room to rest. :D

That ends my very exciting Day 2 in Genting. Time flies, soon I will be back to Singapore and back to realistic world. :*(

Day 3-160809
Today was Weibin Jie's birthday. But already wished her yesterday, planning if I get to see her later, will greet her. :D

I woke up at 7am plus and started to pack and ready for breakfast. We went down with all our luggage, had a quick breakfast and went down at 10am to meet up with Kor and Weibin Jie. As I need to get their autographs on their album.

Only managed to get Kor's autograph with the help of Joanne as I was too shy to approach him. Thanks Joanne Jie. :D

Before they went to the Theme Park with the rest, they thank us for coming. Kor also said he love my presents. I was so happy. I can see when he talked about the present his eyes so bright and his smile so sweet. I guess I made the right choice. Shall find 37 items for him next year. :D

Oh boy! Time really flies. Soon its time for us to leave Genting le. We have to meet at 10.30am sharp and bus leave at 11am sharp. :*(

When the bus started to drive downhills, the baby started to cry. Next was the 2nd youngest gal started to cry also. Maybe they felt uneasy. It wasn't easy to stop them crying. Was a bit funny when one ends next one started to cry. :D

When we came to the Local Product Shop, we stopped the bus and almost whole bus people went down to purchase some local products home. I did not went down as I do not see the need to.

At bus, I met Eileen who super support Kor. So happy to know her. Also we along the whole Genting journey, knew Kevin and his wife. I also met De Shi Feng. We actually chatted before but have yet met. At there, I also met some of the fanclub members who support Kor. :D

Next, we stopped at Yong Peng and had our lunch before heading to Malaysia custom. Than we reached Tuas at 4pm plus and by the time we came back to Golden Mile Complex, it was already 5pm plus. Joanne and I took the cab back and by then it was already 6pm plus.

This ends my 3 days 2 nights stay at Genting for the first time. Asked if I will go back there, 80% is a NO. As there is nothing to shop. The coaster was not as exciting as Taiwan's. Even the casino was smaller than Venetian in Macau. Only the cinema was a bit better. The hotel room was not up to standards, no toothbrushes and other toiletries where they should provide. Still prefer Taiwan's hotel. At least they have all the neccessities ready. :D
